Returns & Exchanges

At Riad Tile, we strive to ensure your home renovation project is a success and accept returns on unused, full-box products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, and customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return freight shipping.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Shipment

  Ensure all tiles are in their original, unopened packaging and securely strapped to a pallet to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Freight Shipping

  Schedule a pickup with a reliable freight carrier of your choice and provide them with our warehouse return address.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the material for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee.
